On your white-label platform, you decide what customers pay and what they get. This page covers the Pricing, Users and Credits tabs of the partner console.
Customers pay you through your own Stripe account. Connect Stripe before you publish paid prices: prices are created on your Stripe account.

Plans and Offers

Your customers choose from two plan families, the same ones AIWA sells: Inside each family you create offers: the price, the monthly credits and the project cap. You can have up to 12 published offers in each family. The console starts you with suggested pricing, the same grid AIWA uses itself. Edit it, then select Publish to go live.

Rules for paid offers

  • Two paid offers in the same family must have different credit allowances. To make a variation, duplicate an offer and change its allowance before publishing.
  • Each offer’s price must work out to at least $0.11 per credit, just above your wholesale cost, so you can’t accidentally sell below cost.
  • Changes to an offer’s allowance take effect at each customer’s next billing cycle.

A Free Plan

You can offer a Free plan: Solo access that you fund from your credit pool. Free sign-ups don’t need Stripe, so you can go live with a free tier while Stripe is still being set up. Choose how Free credits work: Two controls protect your pool:
  • Monthly budget: the most credits you’ll give away as free grants each calendar month. Leave it blank for no cap, or enter 0 to pause free grants.
  • Reserve: credits kept back for paying customers. Left blank, AIWA keeps your largest paid allowance in reserve, so a free grant never starves a paying customer.
Free credits require a verified e-mail address. Turning Free off stops new sign-ups at once; existing Free customers keep Solo access and any credits they bought.

Project Caps

Each Free, Solo or Agency offer can have a project cap: Unlimited (the default), or a whole number of 1 or more.
  • Caps apply straight away to every workspace on that offer.
  • A workspace at its cap keeps all its projects and can keep editing them, but can’t create, remix or start from a template until it’s under the cap.
  • Every non-deleted project counts, including drafts and suspended projects. Deleting a project frees a slot.

Your Customer Top-up Rate

When your customers buy extra credits mid-month, they pay your top-up rate.
  • The minimum is $0.20 per credit.
  • The maximum is $1.00 per credit.
  • Above $0.50, the console asks you to confirm you meant it.
Your rate is separate from what you pay AIWA. You buy pool credits at the wholesale rate of $0.08 each.

Your Customers

The Users tab lists everyone on your platform, with their plan and credits. Customers can sign up themselves on your domain. You can also create an account for a customer:
1

Create the account

In Users, choose to create a user and enter their details.
2

Share the sign-in details

The customer is e-mailed their sign-in details with a temporary password. The password is also shown to you once, in case the e-mail doesn’t arrive.
3

The customer sets their own password

They can choose their own with Forgot password once they’re in.
The Projects tab shows the projects your customers have built.

Your Credit Pool

The Credits tab shows your pool: your balance, what you’ve bought and what your customers have used.
  • Your monthly partner credits are added every month and roll over.
  • Every customer grant (plans, top-ups, free offers) is paid from the pool.
  • Buy more at $0.08 per credit, with a minimum of 1,000 credits.
If the pool can’t cover a customer’s credits, the grant waits until you top up, even though the customer has paid you. Keep a buffer, and act on the low-pool alert.

Next: Your Hosted Handbook

Your customers need help docs too. Next, we’ll look at the handbook AIWA can host under your brand.
