The agency console is where an agency runs its client work in AIWA. It brings together everything that happens across your projects: what clients said, which sites are live, who is spending credits, and what still needs an answer. One place to see the whole agency.
The agency console is available on the Agency and Enterprise plans.

What the Agency Profile Adds

The console is not a separate product. It is a layer on top of your ordinary AIWA workspace, switched on by your agency profile. With the profile on, you get:
  • The console, in the sidebar as Agency console
  • A branded client portal: clients see their sites under your agency’s name, logo and colour
  • Branded e-mail: invitations and comment notifications go out under your agency’s name
Some things work the same whether the profile is on or off:
  • Inviting team members and clients, and choosing who sees which project
  • Monthly allowances and project budgets
  • Comment e-mails between clients and your team

Turn On Your Agency Profile

1

Open Agency console

In the sidebar, open Agency console. If the profile is off, the console shows the setup step.
2

Fill in your agency's details

Add your agency’s display name, logo, accent colour and a contact e-mail address.
3

Turn the profile on

Only the workspace Owner can switch the profile on or off.
4

Optional: connect your own sending address

Connect your own Resend account so e-mail leaves from your domain. Until then, e-mail is sent from AIWA’s address under your agency’s name. See Brand & Communication.
Turning the profile off later hides the console, removes your branding from the portal and stops the one-time sign-in links in invitations. It doesn’t change anyone’s access and doesn’t stop comment e-mails.

The Setup Checklist

Until your setup is complete, the Overview shows a checklist with the next step highlighted: Once the required steps are done, the checklist shrinks to a “Setup complete” row that still lists the optional steps.

The Console Tabs

Owners and Admins see every tab. Other team members see Overview, Projects and Activity.

Overview

How the agency is doing and what needs an answer.
  • Counts for a period: credits spent, client comments (and how many are still open), sites published and clients joined. Choose Today, or the last 7, 30 or 365 days.
  • Top spenders for the period.
  • Needs you: open client comments that nobody on your team has replied to, invitations whose e-mail failed, and notifications that couldn’t be delivered.
  • Active projects: the six with the newest activity, each saying what happened and when.

Projects

Every project you can see, with:
  • Its status: Live, Publishing or Not published
  • The client’s company and who on your team is responsible
  • Open comments
  • The budget left
  • The client hand-off status
Search, filter and sort the list, and switch between a List and Cards view. Two filters, Waiting for sign-off and Signed off, show where each hand-off stands.

Clients

Your clients, grouped by company, with their projects. Invite, resend, revoke, or remove a client from a project here.

Team

Your team members, with their role, scope, assigned projects and permissions, plus pending invitations and their e-mail status. Invite, change, remove, resend and revoke from here. See Roles & Permissions.

Usage

What each team member spent this month against their monthly allowance, and what each project has spent against its budget. See Spending Limits & Usage.

Activity

The workspace’s event log: comments, invitations, access changes, publishes and more. Filter by category, project, visibility and date.

Brand & Communication

Your agency’s name, logo, colour, invitation wording and sending address, with a live preview. See Brand & Communication.

Notifications

The bell in the console is your notification inbox. From it you can choose, for each category, how you want to hear about things: Clients receive e-mails only. They don’t have an inbox.

Next: Brand & Communication

Your clients see your brand, not AIWA’s. Next, we’ll set up your agency’s name, logo, colours and e-mail.
