You don’t always have the builder open. The AIWA Telegram assistant lets you check on your projects and ask for work from a private Telegram chat. Describe a site, ask for a change, or ask how a project is doing, and AIWA replies in the chat. Move work forward from your phone.
Telegram is available on the Agency and Enterprise plans, for the workspace Owner and Admins.
Telegram may not be offered on every workspace. If you don’t see the Telegram card in Settings, it isn’t available for your workspace yet.

Connect Telegram

1

Open Settings

In AIWA, open Settings and find the Telegram card.
2

Select Connect Telegram

AIWA creates a one-time connection command. It expires after a short time; the card shows a countdown.
3

Send the command in Telegram

Select Open Telegram to open the AIWA bot with the code attached, or copy the command and send it to the bot in a private chat.
4

Check the connection

Back in AIWA, the card updates when the connection is made. You can also select Check connection.
If the command expires before you use it, start a new one. The card shows when your Telegram is connected. Select Disconnect to remove the connection at any time.
The assistant works in private chats only. It doesn’t work in group chats, and your clients can’t use it.

What You Can Ask

Write to the assistant in plain language.

Check on a project

How is the Oakwood Dental site doing?
AIWA replies with the project’s status and, once the site is live, its live link.

Start a new site

Build a website for Oakwood Dental. It needs services, testimonials and a booking section. Make it calm and professional.
If something essential is missing, AIWA asks one short question before it starts. It won’t invent testimonials, contact details or business claims.

Change an existing site

Change the hero headline to “Gentle dental care for the whole family”.
Add a pricing section with three plans.

Publish

Publish the site.
Go live.

Just talk it through

Questions, greetings and brainstorming don’t start any work or spend credits on a build. Only a clear request to build, change or publish does.

Builds Go Live Automatically

From Telegram, a build or change request is published for you when it finishes. You don’t need to approve a preview or open the dashboard.
  • AIWA only sends a live link once it has checked the address works.
  • While the site is publishing, AIWA tells you it will send the link when it’s ready.
Because Telegram builds publish automatically, be careful when asking for changes to a site that real customers are already using. For larger changes to a live site, use the builder and test in the preview first.

Credits

Telegram builds use your workspace’s credits, exactly like builds in the builder. Your plan’s limits, and any spending limits on you or the project, still apply. If you run out, the assistant tells you:
You’re out of credits. Please add more and try again.
Top up from Billing in AIWA, then ask again.

If Something Goes Wrong

If a build or publish can’t be finished, the assistant says so in one short message and keeps your work saved. You can ask it to try again, or open the project in the builder.

Next: Credits and Plans

Every build, in the builder or from Telegram, uses credits. Next, we’ll look at how credits and plans work.
