# Brand & Communication

> Set your agency's name, logo, colour, tagline and invitation wording in AIWA, preview what clients see, and send client e-mail from your own address.

Your clients should see your agency, not AIWA.

The **Brand & Communication** tab of the agency console controls how your agency appears in the client portal, on invitation pages and in every e-mail clients receive.

**Your name, your logo, your voice.**

> [!NOTE]
>
> Brand & Communication is part of the [agency console](/agency/console-overview.md), available on the Agency and Enterprise plans. Owners and Admins can edit it.

## Your Agency's Identity

| Field | Where clients see it |
| - | - |
| **Agency name** | Invitations, the invitation page, the client portal and e-mail sign-offs |
| **Logo** | Invitations and the client portal, in place of your name |
| **Accent colour** | Buttons, highlights and comment pins in the portal |
| **Tagline** | One line under your name in the portal and on the invitation page |
| **Contact e-mail** | Where client replies land, and where the portal's Help link writes to |

### Logo

Drop your logo into the logo field, or paste it.

If you don't have a logo yet, choose a logo style and select **Generate two logos**. Pick the one you like; it becomes your logo when you save.

### Accent colour

Pick a colour, or select **Suggest colours** for two accents that read well in the app. You can give a mood to steer the suggestions.

AIWA checks that the colour is readable on the app's background. If it is too dark, the save is refused and a lighter version is suggested.

## Invitation Wording

You can personalise the invitation e-mail your clients receive:

* **Subject**: leave it blank to use the standard subject
* **Introduction**: leave it blank to use the standard introduction

Select **Write for me** to have AIWA draft both the subject and the introduction in your agency's voice. Edit the result before saving.

## Live Preview

Beside the form, a live preview shows your unsaved changes:

* **Client portal**: your header, buttons and comment panel, as clients see them
* **Invitation e-mail**: the subject, introduction, sender and reply-to address

Switch between desktop and phone widths to check both.

## What the Brand Helpers Cost

The AI helpers are paid from your workspace's credits:

| Helper | Cost |
| - | - |
| Suggest colours | 1 credit |
| Write for me | 1 credit |
| Generate logos | 4 credits per logo delivered (2 logos per run) |

If AI suggestions are unavailable, AIWA offers a curated suggestion instead, free of charge.

There are fair-use limits so a loop can't turn into a bill: up to 30 text suggestions an hour and 8 logo generations a day.

Brand helper spending appears as **Brand helpers** on the [Usage tab](/agency/spend-limits.md).

## Your Sending Address

By default, client e-mail goes out from AIWA's address under your agency's name. Replies go to your contact e-mail.

To send from your own domain instead, connect your agency's Resend account:

**1. Open Sending address**

In Brand & Communication, find **Sending address** and choose to connect.

**2. Paste a Resend API key**

Use a Resend API key with **full access**, so AIWA can verify your exact sending domain. The key is encrypted and never shown again.

**3. Enter your sending address and verify**

Enter the address mail should come from and select **Verify and save sender**.

Once connected, the tab shows which address e-mail leaves from. You can send a test e-mail, or disconnect at any time. After disconnecting, e-mail goes out from AIWA's address again until you connect another sender.

## Failed E-mails

If a notification e-mail can't be delivered after several attempts, or the recipient's server rejects it, it appears under **Failed e-mails**.

Select **Retry** to queue it again. A message the recipient marked as spam can't be retried.

Failed invitations and notifications also appear under **Needs you** on the console's Overview.

## Next: Spending Limits & Usage

With your brand in place, the next step is controlling how credits are spent across your team and projects.

> **[Spending Limits & Usage](/agency/spend-limits.md)**
>
> Set monthly allowances per person and budgets per project, and see where credits go.
